EcoTrek Lite

We now have a separate LITE SERIES, led by Shelly Binder in the Grand Rapids area, specifically for those who may be hesitant to try a "regular" EcoTrek session and want to increase their fitness level gently and at a more relaxed pace. ALSO -- about once or twice per month, an EcoTrek Lite session is offered for a couple of reasons:

1) Sometimes the thought of jumping right into EcoTrek can be intimidating to someone who isn't used to working out, and the LITE version offers them a way to "test the water" to see if they like the format, and
2) EcoTrek Lite sessions are perfect for regular EcoTrekkers who want to supplement their workout routine without all the cardio time.

How is it different from a "regular" EcoTrek session?
We usually use the same resistance bands, but we tone-down the strength training, cut back on the cardio time and focus more on core strength and focus on certain muscle groups. By no means is Lite "EASY", you will leave the session feeling strong and energized just the same!

Is EcoTrek Lite right for you?
EcoTrek Lite is right for practically EVERYONE! Don't be shy. As with any EcoTrek session, you'll always have options to challenge yourself at whatever level you choose, and the Leader is always there to help you find the right balance.
